By accessing or using Jumpspree (including the website, mobile and desktop apps, APIs, and associated services), you accept and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by Jumpspree from time to time. This agreement is binding worldwide and applies to all users in every jurisdiction. Jumpspree reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify you of substantive changes via email or in-app message. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
To use Jumpspree, you must be at least twelve (12) years old. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA and similar child protection laws globally. Users under twelve are strictly prohibited. By registering, you affirm you meet the minimum age requirement and have not registered on behalf of someone who does not. Falsifying age or requesting access on behalf of minors violates these Terms.
You agree to create an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or anyone accessing it. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and immediately notify Jumpspree of any unauthorized access. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned without written permission.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Jumpspree grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or authorized commercial purposes, including standard listings and livestream sales, where permitted. License termination may occur for violations of these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but by posting you grant Jumpspree a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and promote content across any media now known or later developed. You affirm your content does not infringe third-party rights. Jumpspree may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or law.

You agree not to publish content or take actions that:
Jumpspree enforces zero tolerance. Violating content may result in removal, account suspension, termination, and cooperation with law enforcement.
Jumpspree provides Seller Pad to create listings, manage inventory, and host livestream sales through Jumpspree Live.
Transactions processed via Stripe or other approved payment gateways may be eligible for Jumpspree’s Purchase Protection program. Sellers must adhere to all shipping, fulfillment, and platform policies to maintain eligibility.
Jumpspree supports cross-posting, content scheduling, and premium features under the Jumpspree More subscription, which includes verified badge, livestream access, higher character limits, editing, and priority visibility. Features may be beta or region-limited.
Jumpspree More is billed via Stripe. Subscription renews automatically according to your plan. You may cancel at any time; refund eligibility follows applicable consumer protection laws. Excessive refunds may result in disqualification from future subscriptions.
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform are property of Jumpspree or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Jumpspree may integrate with third-party APIs and services. Use is subject to their terms; Jumpspree does not guarantee functionality, accuracy, or compliance.
The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Users assume all inherent risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpspree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Direct damages are capped at the amount paid to Jumpspree in the six months prior.
You agree to indemnify Jumpspree and its affiliates against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or unlawful actions.
Jumpspree may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including livestream misconduct. Repeat violations during livestreams (e.g., unethical behavior, abusive content, fraud) may result in suspension or termination of selling privileges. Post-termination, Sections 5, 6, 10, 13, and 14 remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Users submit to exclusive venue in Delaware courts. EU/UK users may pursue local channels but accept Delaware arbitration where permitted.
Users confirm they are not located in embargoed regions or subject to sanctions and will not use the Platform for prohibited activities. Jumpspree complies with global trade laws.
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Jumpspree may assign or transfer these Terms; users may not. Headings do not affect interpretation.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement with you. Conflicting terms elsewhere are waived.
