This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Jumpspree, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, contractors, and authorized partners (collectively, “Jumpspree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, process, disclose, transfer, retain, and protect Personal Data in connection with the use of the Jumpspree platform.
This Policy applies to all users worldwide, including buyers, sellers, creators, livestream hosts, viewers, subscribers, visitors, businesses, organizations, and any person interacting with Jumpspree through our website, mobile applications, desktop applications, Seller Pad, Jumpspree Live, APIs, messaging systems, livestream tools, customer support systems, offline interactions, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy applies to all Platform activity, including standard marketplace transactions, livestream purchases and sales, messaging activity, account registration, payment processing, fraud prevention, seller onboarding, identity verification, customer support interactions, and promotional communications.

“Personal Data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual or household.
Examples include names, email addresses, usernames, IP addresses, transaction histories, shipping addresses, device identifiers, payment metadata, livestream activity, and account records.
“Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, analysis, use, disclosure, transfer, sharing, retention, deletion, restriction, or destruction.
“Controller” means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. Jumpspree acts as a Controller for most Platform-related processing activities.
“Processor” means a third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of Jumpspree, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, fraud prevention vendors, customer support vendors, and verification providers.
“User Content” means any content submitted, uploaded, livestreamed, transmitted, posted, stored, or otherwise shared through the Platform, including listings, comments, livestream videos, messages, photos, reviews, product descriptions, and profile information.
“Sensitive Data” means highly sensitive categories of information such as biometric identifiers, precise health information, political beliefs, religious beliefs, union membership, or sexual orientation data. Jumpspree does not knowingly request or intentionally collect Sensitive Data except where legally required or voluntarily provided during compliance reviews.
Jumpspree collects Personal Data directly from users, automatically through Platform interactions, from connected third-party services, and from compliance, verification, fraud prevention, analytics, and payment processing providers.

Where legally required or deemed necessary for safety purposes, Jumpspree may preserve records and report suspected violations to law enforcement authorities, child protection organizations, regulators, or appropriate agencies.
Jumpspree may review, moderate, restrict, remove, demonetize, or disable content that is deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, illegal, counterfeit, infringing, manipulative, or otherwise inconsistent with Platform rules. This may include livestream content, listings, promotional materials, or communications. Users may appeal certain moderation decisions by contacting privacy@jumpspree.com or through designated Platform procedures.
