Purchases made during Jumpspree Live sessions follow a slightly modified process to account for the real-time nature of livestream selling.
Buyers have up to three hours or until the item is shipped to cancel an order placed during a livestream. Once this period passes or the item is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Sellers on Jumpspree Live may specify a return policy of 7, 14, or 30 days, consistent with the general Jumpspree framework. Non-returnable items may also be sold during livestreams. Buyers should carefully review the return policy for each item before purchasing.
Refunds will be provided once the returned item is shipped back to the seller or returned to a designated location. Depending on the seller’s policy, buyers may be responsible for return shipping unless Free Returns is offered.
If a refund has been issued and a return is required, buyers can create a return request in the Manage Orders tab of the Jumpspree app. Charges may apply if the item is not returned as expected.
To prevent and detect fraud or abuse, Jumpspree may request additional documentation, such as a government-issued ID or product images, before processing a return, refund, or replacement. Personal information is handled according to Jumpspree’s Privacy Policy.
